Shipping
Orders are processed in the order that they are received and shipped out accordingly. Shipping times will vary based on the address provided on the order. Please see approximate shipping times in the chart below. Orders placed Friday through Sunday may take extra days to process. Generally 90% of the orders received are processed to ship within 24 hours. We do not accept International orders except for Canada.

Delivery time is calculated according to actual "business days" and may not include weekends or holidays. These delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless an expedited shipping method is selected (which takes 24-48 business hours to ship out, but transit time is guaranteed). These delivery times do not include the time taken to process and fulfill your order at our facilities, and this should only be used as a transit average. All domestic orders within the United States typically take 2-10 days to arrive to you after your order has shipped out from Essance.
Where is my tracking information?
We will send you an email with your tracking information as soon as we generate a shipping label for your order. If you have not received an email from us with your shipping details, please contact us to check on your order. We can be reached 971-219-9482 Monday through Friday from 10-6pm PST.
Returns Policy
Can I return a product? What if I received the wrong item or my order was damaged?
Our guarantee to you is that if for ANY reason you wish to return the products that you have received, you may send them back to us postmarked within 30 days from the date your order is received. If you have received the wrong item or damage occurs, please contact us at 971-219-9482, Chat, or email us at hello@essanceskincare.com. No return is accepted without an Returned Manufacturing Authorization.
