Refund policy

All products are non-returnable. If you are a new customer or unsure about your purchase, we recommend purchasing sample size products to try them out before committing to the full-size product. You are also welcome to visit us in person to sample our products, either at our retail location or at local markets. We provide free skincare consultations over the phone to help you identify the right product for you. We are also happy to provide samples in the mail, particularly for those with sensitive skin.

Of course, if we’ve made a mistake with your order, please let us know right away and we’ll make it right!
