Aloe (Aloe barbadensis)

Neroli / Bitter Orange (Citrus aurantium)
Neroli oil is extracted through a steam distillation process of bitter orange blossoms. Rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, Neroli is excellent at maintaining skin elasticity. It is an ideal ingredient to use on oily, acne-prone skin because of its anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and antibacterial properties.
Chaga Mushroom (Inonotus obliquus)
This 'mushroom' is actually a fungus and known to the Chinese as the 'King of Plants'. It is a natural source of melanin, which provides pigment and is also found in human skin. Melanin in turn plays a vital part in protecting our skin from harsh UV rays emitted by the sun.
Methylsulfonylmethane, commonly known as MSM, is an organic sulfur compound that is naturally derived during the rain cycle. MSM is a vital player in collagen production and works with vitamin C to build new tissue in skin.
Rooibos Tea (Aspalathus linearis)
Rooibos "red bush" tea is hypoallergenic and antibacterial, which makes is a perfect ingredient for skin care products. The key enzyme in Rooibos is superoxide dismustase, which is anti-aging in nature due to its skin cell producing properties and neutralizing free radicals that cause wrinkles.
Rosewater (Rosa damascena)
A hardworking multi-tasker, rosewater is a great toner, cleanser, and hydrator. Rosewater is gentle and suitable for all skin types; its antibacterial properties control excess oil while also maintaining skin's pH balance which helps to reduce pimples and skin irregularities.
Sea Buckthorn (Hippophae Ramnoides)
This fruit is packed with antioxidants and vitamins B, C, and E that work to prevent wrinkles. Sea buckthorn oil has historically been used for a variety of skin issues such as eczema, sun damage, and burns. Also a source of the rarely found Omega 7, sea buckthorn is a wonder berry for skin, hair, and nail health.
