How do I keep up with the points?

As soon as a reward is redeemed, your points balance is automatically adjusted and you can see it in your account.
What if I’m a pre-existing customer?

If you have previously ordered through our website and created an account at purchase, you will use that same login info to access your rewards. Simply click the Rewards button at the bottom right corner of the screen, click 'Sign In', and enter your info. You will receive an email asking you to confirm activation. Once activated, you can access your account using the same Rewards button.
Can I earn points on past purchases?

No, purchases made prior to joining Essance rewards are not eligible for points.
How do I redeem rewards?
  1. Go into your account and select the award you want to redeem, then copy and paste it into the discount code cell at checkout.

a) When you’re ready to checkout,  click through to your cart. To check your rewards, click on your loyalty widget. b) Copy your unique discount code. c) enter the unique discount code into the Discount Field and click Apply
Do points expire?

Yes, they do. The points must be used within one year of earning them or they expire.
How long does it take for my points to appear in my account?

They should show up within 24 hours after your order has shipped.

What happens to my points if I receive a refund?

Points earned on items later returned will be deducted from your points balance.
Can I redeem a discount during your store-wide sale?

No, discounts can not be used on top of storewide sales.
Can I earn points for purchases made through our partner retailers?

No, at this time points may only be earned on essanceskincare.com
